理念目標・学園訓

教育理念

2幼稚園、1中学校、2高校、短期大学、大学の7つの教育機関を擁する「睦学園」は、仏教主義に基づく「和」を建学の精神としています。地域に根差した本学園は、令和６（2024）年で創立101周年をむかえました。その間、兵庫大学は1995年、阪神・淡路大震災の混乱の中、開学しました。本学園はこれからも園児、生徒、学生一人ひとりの個性や自立を尊重し感謝、寛容、互譲の気持ちを大切にしてまいります。

“Mutsumi Gakuen”, a diversified educational institution, comprises a university, a junior college, two women's high schools, a women's junior high school and two kindergartens. Our institution's educational creed stresses the spirit of “harmony” based on Mahayana Buddhism. “Mutsumi Gakuen” having taken root in this region celebrated its 101th anniversary in 2024. Hyogo University was established in 1995 during the formidable confusion caused by the Great Hanshin Earthquake. Revering individuality and fostering self-reliance among the student body, we value the sensibilities of gratitude, tolerance, and mutual concession.
